Job Description Industrial Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)

Location: Aurora, CO

Pay: $35.50/hour

Schedule: 24/7 operation – rotating days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Overview

Join a newly built, highly automated facility featuring robotics and high-speed conveyor systems. In this hands-on role, you’ll keep critical equipment running efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Support equipment installation and system improvements
• Maintain high uptime across a 24/7 operation
• Contribute to team support and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with conveyors, robotics, or automation
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

• CMMS experience
• Knowledge of controls and safety standards

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
