Capitol Bank's mission extends beyond banking, aiming to be a team of professionals that genuinely contributes to the community's wellbeing.This role will be paid mileage in accordance with Capitol Bank's travel reimbursement policy.Responsibilities:Provides banker and teller coverage to all Capitol Bank branch locations.Maintains a high degree of knowledge in all Capitol Bank products and services offerings.Assists customers with opening new personal and business deposit accounts.Resolves all customer needs and requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.Accurately processes customer transactions on the teller line.Ensures a positive interaction with existing and prospective customers on the phone and in person with a focus on acquiring and expanding loyal relationships.Works to achieve targeted levels for product sales, service behaviors, and referral goals.Maintains an active community presence and participates in Bank activities.Skillset & Experience:Effective communication when working with customers and/or employees.Schedule flexibility including on Saturdays and Holidays. Have the ability to travel between branches as needed with minimal notice.Be involved in developing solutions to meet the needs of the customer and/or employees.Flexibility to meet changing workload; highly self-motivated.Be a team player and be respectful to all staff, customers, and prospects.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable software.3 to 5 years of customer service experience.3 to 5 years of banking experience.Applicable college degree or equivalent work experience.Possess valid driver's license.Working Conditions:Must be able to sit for periods greater than 45 minutes at a time.Must be able to stand for periods greater than 30 minutes at a time.Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.Must be able to use computer monitors for periods greater than 45 minutes at a time.Must be able to perform basic typing functions.NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
