Entry-Level Service Sales Representative

Overview Control Systems, Inc. (CSI) is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our fast-growing team as Entry-Level Service Sales Representatives . This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals or individuals looking to transition into B2B sales and learn the fire life safety and low voltage industry from the ground up. Responsibilities Prospect and engage new customers through calls, drop-ins, networking, and outreach Develop relationships with facility managers, property managers, contractors, and business owners Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate fire/life safety service solutions Prepare pricing proposals with support from senior team members Assist with upselling and expanding service programs for existing customers Participate in seminars, demonstrations, trade shows, and community events to generate leads Maintain accurate activity and opportunities in the CRM Collaborate closely with the service team to support customer satisfaction and onboarding Represent CSI professionally in the field, helping drive visibility and brand awareness Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role, or a strong interest in launching a career in construction sales Comfortable talking to people and initiating conversations Strong work ethic and willingness to spend time in the field Positive, coachable, and motivated to grow in a sales career Interest in fire/life safety, low voltage systems, or commercial building services Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation You’ll Benefit from: Unlimited Growth Opportunity : With a constantly expanding range of products and vertical markets, we consistently experience double-digit growth, creating new avenues for advancement and promotion within our company. 401(k) Plan : Build a strong financial future with our 401(k) Plan with matching contributions.
