We have two shifts available to help fit your schedule. Please review details below and let me know if this is something you would be interested in.

Pay Rate: $15.91 - $16.91

• 1st Shift; 6:00AM to 4:30PM Mon-Thurs with potential OT)
  • Starting Wage: $15.91
  • Pay Increase at 90 days to $16.49
  • Upon being hired to full-time perm at approx. 4 months you will receive Cooper Standards Full-Time Benefits package and paid time off. 6 months after Cooper Standard hiring you fill time you will move to $17.39
• 2nd shift; 4:20pm-2:50am (Mon-Thurs with potential OT)
  • Starting Wage: $16.91
  • Pay Increase at 90 days to $17.49
  • Upon being hired to full-time perm at approx. 4 months you will receive Cooper Standards Full-Time Benefits package and paid time off. 6 months after Cooper Standard hiring you Full-Time you will move to $18.39

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating machinery safely and efficiently to build parts according to the manufacturing plan
• Reading and interpreting specifications; following verbal and written instructions to ensure quality
• Performing housekeeping to maintain cleanliness, and adhering to all health and safety standards
• Supporting teamwork, continuous improvement initiatives, and upholding plant regulations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Are comfortable lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for 10 -  12 hours
• Are focused on safety and quality in all tasks
• Are willing to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
• HS Diploma/GED NOT required
