Graphic Designer, Presentation Design

You will work on a variety of clients across multiple industries. This is a full-time, permanent position with room for growth within the creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with account team and clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Translate complex ideas and data into clear, concise, and visually appealing slides.
- Create custom graphics, icons, and illustrations to enhance presentation content.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and imagery across all slides.
- Implement animations, transitions, and interactive elements to enhance presentation flow and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in presentation design to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience 1-2 years in presentation design in an advertising agency or creative studio or across multiple brands in-house.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of presentation design work, including examples of complex data visualization and storytelling through visuals.
