Job Description:

Dearborn Construction is seeking an experienced Earthwork Site Foreman. This individual would assign tasks to crews as well as order materials. You would be communicating with Project Managers, vendors, and project owners as well as other contractors on site. Join a well-established family-owned business that has been constructing jobs since 1984.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of civil construction operation and procedures.
• Knowledge of site layout along with GPS operation a plus.
• Ability to read, interpret and understand plans and blueprints.
• Knowledge of erosion controls best practices and requirements.
• Needs to have complete knowledge of OSHA standards and requirements.
• Strong communication skills, ability to manage and positively motivate a crew.
• Minimum of 1 years of sitework construction supervision experience.
• Must have a valid drivers license with a good record.
• Overseeing quality control, verifying work, and monitoring safety.
• Recording daily quantities and timecards.
• Possess the ability to solve problems and adapt to changing conditions.
• Must be self-motivated and organized with strong work ethics.

Pay: Top pay based on experience.
