Looking for a job that works with your daytime schedule? We are looking for team members who are available to work anywhere between 6AM-4PM. You do not have to work the entire shift. It can be 8AM-2PM, 11AM-4PM, or 9AM-3PM. Team Member Overview

At Chick-fil-A, Customer Service Team members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day. We are looking for both full-time and part-time Customer Service Team Members who are hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, and honest. Responsibilities

• Following Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures.
• Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality.
• Taking orders and making accurate changes quickly.
• Demonstrating knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions.
• Ensuring guest complaints are resolved properly and swiftly.
• Ensuring product quality and consistency.
• Assisting leadership in executing opening and/or closing procedures.
• Modeling and supporting clear communications between the front counter and kitchen staff.
• Following sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality.

Requirements

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects, as needed.
• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
