We seek Project Manager candidates with relevant Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector Clients such as SRNS. Provide services and support as a Project Manager in the Nuclear And Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on CM | Compliance Solutions for clients such as Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS | C&SCM) | SRNS Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Generally Located In Aiken, SC and across the South Eastern USA Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual.

Delivers and supports Engagement Team initiatives for Comprehensive Procedural Support For Savannah River Nuclear Solution's (SRNS) Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) by Leading and delivering on integrated PMO governance, regulatory compliance, contract optimization, and process engineering to design, document, implement, train, and continuously improve end-to-end C&SCM procedures, ensuring compliant, efficient, audit-ready procurement and supply chain execution aligned with FAR, DEAR, DOE, NNSA, and evolving mission requirements.

Purpose: Establish and execute a structured, end-to-end delivery framework that defines the compliance baseline, translates requirements into an optimized future-state operating model, develops and operationalizes standardized procedures and artifacts, enables enterprise-wide adoption, supports deployment into live operations, continuously measures and improves performance, and sustains long-term regulatory compliance and procedural integrity across Savannah River Nuclear Solutions' (SRNS) Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) environment.

Foundation for Deliverables: Delivers compliant, integrated Nuclear And Environmental Management Energy, Infrastructure, And Environment Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Procedural Support procedures, training, and governance enhancing SRNS procurement efficiency and mission readiness: Contracts & Supply Chain Management and Operations Consulting | Program Governance & Project Management (PMO) | Regulatory Compliance, Prime Contract Analysis & Requirements Decomposition | Strategic Advisory & Contract Optimization | Process Engineering, Procedure Development & Cross-Functional Integration | Operational Domain Procedure Development (SCM Execution Layers) | Documentation, Forms, Terms & Conditions, and Knowledge Management | Visualization, Process Modeling & Acquisition Lifecycle Mapping | Training, Change Management & Workforce Enablement | Implementation Support & Operational Transition | Performance Monitoring, Continuous Improvement & Reporting | Compliance Sustainment, Audit Readiness & Lifecycle Maintenance | Core Functions: Execute integrated program governance, regulatory compliance analysis, and strategic advisory to design, develop, document, visualize, implement, and sustain standardized Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) procedures—encompassing end-to-end acquisition lifecycle modeling, training and change management, operational deployment, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and long-term compliance maintenance aligned with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation (DEAR), Department of Energy (DOE) directives, and Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties - Project Manager:

• Direct program delivery; oversee procedural analysis and harmonization; manage schedule, deliverables, and stakeholder communications; ensure compliance with DE-AC09-08SR22470; lead continuous improvement and reporting.
• Leads enterprise-wide C&SCM procedural transformation integrating procurement, compliance, and supply chain operations aligned to FAR/DEAR and NNSA mission requirements. Drives Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) procedural transformation ensuring FAR — Federal Acquisition Regulation, DEAR — Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation, and NSA — National Nuclear Security Administration alignment, and enterprise integration.
• Lead/execute analysis of contracts and regulations; develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s, process maps, and templates; support training; ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Regulatory analysis, technical writing, procurement lifecycle expertise, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, analytics.
• Analytical thinking, communication, compliance discipline, leadership (senior roles), adaptability, collaboration.
• Supports 5-year Nuclear And Environmental Management Energy, Infrastructure, And Environment engagement; hybrid delivery with possible onsite badging; supports ~360 personnel.
• Contributes to acquisition lifecycle flowcharts, compliance updates, and procedural sustainment.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Project Manager Candidates:

12–15+ years federal/DOE program management; 5+ years leading procurement transformation; strong FAR/DEAR expertise.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's required; Master's preferred; PMP required or strongly preferred.
