Responsibilities Safely operate skid loaders and other heavy equipment in various asphalt milling and paving environments Assist with site preparation, including cleaning, grading, and moving materials as directed Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety Collaborate with team members and supervisors to effectively coordinate workflow and project needs Adhere to all company safety policies and regulations to maintain a safe job site Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications Previous experience as a skid loader operator or similar role is preferred Strong understanding of safety practices and regulations in construction environments Ability to operate heavy machinery with precision and care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Adaptability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments Willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Pass pre‑employment drug screening.
