Lead Software Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and drive the successful implementation and enhancement of CPQ/CLM solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.Drive requirement workshops, gap analysis, and solution discussions for CPQ and CLM initiatives.Support end-to-end implementation, enhancements, and production support activities.Work closely with development, QA, and business teams throughout the SDLC.Validate solutions through functional testing, UAT support, and defect triage.Ensure business processes align with industry best practices and organizational objectives.Prepare process flows, functional documentation, and training materials.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.Required Skills5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.Strong experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.Hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.Expertise in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and functional documentation.Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Knowledge of API integrations and enterprise application workflows.Preferred SkillsExperience with Salesforce CPQ, Apttus/Conga CPQ & CLM, Oracle CPQ, or similar platforms.Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.Familiarity with contract management, pricing, quoting, and sales operations processes.Experience working with Jira and Confluence.SQL and basic data analysis skills are a plus.Job SummaryJob number: Profession: OtherExperience: 7-10Years
