You will need to be available to work all/any shift to be considered. What you’ll do: This particular position is a combination of Cook duties in the kitchen and sometimes helping out as a Dietary Aide out in the dining room. Its a dual role. If you do not currently hold these, you will be required to obtain within the first 60 days of employment. At least 1 year of dietary/cook experience in a healthcare facility or commercial/central kitchen (preferred) Basic knowledge of computer-based documentation systems Understanding of good food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety and sanitation rules High school diploma or GED (preferred) Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Ability to regularly push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds, and pass a pre-employment physical and background check Schedule flexibility If you’re looking for a job that offers personal growth and satisfaction, we encourage you to apply!
