Junior Maintenance Specialist – Elko/Carlin, NV
Location: Elko/Carlin, Nevada
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $60,000 base + approximately $11,000 annual location allowance

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop hands-on skills in maintenance, troubleshooting, field service, and customer support while learning from experienced technical professionals.
Responsibilities
- Support preventive maintenance and equipment servicing
- Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical and mechatronic systems
- Assist with equipment installations and commissioning
- Respond to technical issues and help minimize equipment downtime
- Support customer training and technical inquiries
- Perform fault finding and assist with root cause analysis
- Maintain accurate service, maintenance and equipment records
- Build technical skills through structured on-the-job training
Qualifications
- Degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Approximately 1–2 years of relevant experience ; internships, graduate placements and substantial hands-on academic projects will be considered
- Strong safety mindset and willingness to learn
- Valid US work authorization
- Valid driver’s licence and passport
- Ability to travel and work across the US and Canada
- Mining or field-service experience is an asset, but not required.
