Americas Benefits Strategy Lead & Enterprise Initiatives

Danaher is seeking a Director Americas Benefits Strategy & Enterprise Initiatives to design and deliver health and welfare programs across the Americas with a primary focus on the U.S. and support for Canada, Brazil, and Mexico. The role leads end-to-end benefit initiatives, partners with HR and Finance, and uses data to drive smarter decisions. This senior leader role reports to the Sr. Director, Benefits, is part of the Corporate Total Rewards Team, and will be fully remote.
