Crew Member, LandscapeThe Crew Member, Landscape plays an essential role in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance services for Sunrise Landscape's commercial clients. Working as part of a field crew, this position is responsible for performing landscape maintenance tasks with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.The Crew Member partners closely with the Crew Leader, Foreman, and fellow team members to support daily route execution, maintain property appearance, and contribute to a safe and productive work environment. A successful Crew Member brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent service and maintaining Sunrise Landscape standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAs one of our Crew Members, you will have the following areas of responsibility:Daily Maintenance & OperationsPerform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weeding, and debris removalMaintain turf, trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds to ensure a clean and professional appearanceOperate landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers, safely and effectivelyLoad and unload tools, materials, and debris at job sites and branch locationsEnsure all work meets Sunrise Landscape quality standards and client expectationsTeamwork & SafetyWork collaboratively with Crew Leaders, Foremen, and fellow crew members to complete scheduled work efficientlyFollow all company safety protocols, including proper PPE use and safe equipment handlingMaintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report maintenance needs promptlyReport unsafe conditions, incidents, or property concerns immediatelyRepresent Sunrise Landscape professionally on client properties and in the communityCustomer Service & ProfessionalismDemonstrate pride in workmanship by leaving each property clean, professional, and well-maintainedInteract respectfully and professionally with clients, residents, and the public while on job sitesSupport a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environmentQualifications & Core Competencies1 to 2 years of landscaping or lawn maintenance experience preferredMust be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United StatesAbility to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditionsDependable, punctual, and committed to quality workAbility to work effectively as part of a team and take direction from supervisorsStrong understanding of landscape maintenance practices and safe equipment operationStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipCommitment to safety, teamwork, and client satisfactionPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, kneel, bend, twist, and squat for prolonged periods throughout the dayAbility to use hand tools for extended periods of timeAbility to lift 30+ pounds multiple times per day in hot temperaturesAbility to work in extreme weather conditions including heat, high humidity, and rain
