The nurse will be responsible for managing patients with complex medical conditions. Floating to different campuses may be necessary based on patient needs. The assigned patient ratio will be 1:5. The role includes monitoring cardiac telemetry and managing cardiac drips. Strong EKG interpretation skills are essential for this position. The nurse will also be involved in peripheral and PICC line management. Candidates should be flexible with scheduling and adhere to a zero-tolerance policy regarding tardiness and unexcused absences. All applicants must pass a required EKG exam as part of the compliance process. Compliance deadlines must be strictly followed. The emphasis is on providing high-quality care to all patients in the unit.
