Land Surveyor-Project Manager

About the job Land Surveyor-Project Manager General Responsibilities Participate in business development activities to build and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients. Prepare a wide range of land surveys , including ALTA, Boundary, Topographic, Condominium, Route, and Residential surveys. Manage survey projects from initial setup through completion, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Prepare project bids and proposals , including scope, schedule, and cost estimates. Oversee client communications and maintain strong working relationships throughout each project. Monitor project budgets and collections , ensuring financial performance and client satisfaction. Collaborate with Project Managers and Professional Land Surveyors to support drafting, design, and project preparation. Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of land surveying experience . Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D , with experience in construction calculations, boundary, and topographic surveys preferred. Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel .
