We are a second generation family owned and operated business looking to add to our team. The front office receptionist at our busy automotive shop plays a vital role as the first point of contact for customers, managing communications and ensuring smooth office operations. This position requires welcoming clients, handling phone inquiries, maintaining office organization, and managing invoicing tasks within a small team environment. The role operates during standard business hours of Monday through Friday 7:45 - 5:00 and alternating Saturdays from 7:45 - 12:00.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism
- Maintain organized and efficient office operations
- Prepare and process invoices timely and accurately
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
- Familiarity with Quickbooks Enterprise software
- Automotive knowledge is a plus
