We are searching for a Facilities manager to work with a stable company that has been in business for over 60 years.

Pay $65,000-$70,000/ M-F

This position will be required to be on call 24/7

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Perform preventive maintenance on all operating equipment
• Maintain and update information in equipment logs
• Respond to service calls and make necessary repairs
• Perform chemical test of building water treatment systems
• Basic knowledge of electrical and HVAC equipment
• Must be able to multitask and lift 50 or more pounds
• Ensure and maintain accurate records that meet all facility safety regulations and fire codes (DEQ)
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
• Negotiate contracts and supervise the work of third-party vendors and contractors

• Order supplies for maintenance and building

Requirements
• Completion of High School
• Two + years of experience in building maintenance
• Knowledgeable of basic computer skills with experience with word documents and excel
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and fire safety, state and federal regulations
