ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Sales Account Representative for Dennia Beard Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and our agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build meaningful relationships with potential and new customers through proactive outreach and exceptional service. Generate new business by identifying opportunities through referrals, leads and customer conversations. Conduct onboarding appointments to educate customers on coverage options and identify protection gaps. Quote, present and close Auto, Home, Life and other insurance products. Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly production goals. Follow established sales processes and customer contact strategies to maximize conversations. Maintain accurate customer records and activity within agency systems. Collaborate with team members to provide an outstanding customer experience from first contact through policy issuance. Participate in ongoing coaching, training and professional development. Represent the agency with professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Self-motivated, goal-oriented and competitive desire to win. Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale. Property and Casualty license required. Life and Health license preferred.
