A Day in the Life of an Administrator As an Administrator in Operations, you will be responsible for operational support such as general administrative tasks like running various reports, maintaining customer information, and assisting with tasks to ensure the branch is compliant. Conduct inventory procedures Review return authorization and credit memo forms pending return of material Inspect condition of return material and placement of returns pending final disposition Check inventory items and ensure they are consistent with Wesco Standards Run credit memos when appropriate What’s in it for You Wesco provides training and development opportunities and educational assistance to help you pursue your passions. One year of operational or administrative experience preferred. One year of customer service and internal sales experience preferred. Skills & Requirements Organization and time management skills. Basic verbal and written communication skills. Problem‑solving skills. Compensation Pay range: $21.04 - $25.26 per hour. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. Eligible positions may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to applicable plan terms. For certain sales roles, a commission structure may be provided based on sales results.
