Inventory Specialist 2 (Denver, CO)

Responsibilities Performs work duties accomplishing daily goals, including but not limited to picking, packing, maintaining inventory accuracy, sourcing cases, and over‑communication to the sales reps. Manage inventory levels across the sales district, ensuring right quantities are in the right place and maintaining product quality in the field. Ensure all product recall activity is performed immediately, comply with all required procedures, and coordinate with Quality and Regulatory to verify compliance. Ensure consignment locations have valid agreements or custody cards as required; perform field cycle counts as needed. Coordinate and participate in territory physical inventories, preparing guidelines, conducting counts, and reconciling results. Use established variance thresholds. Perform field location/account reviews to verify consigned inventory and adjust instrument sets and implant levels, addressing variances with sales reps and management. Perform IAP validations semi‑annually and maintain accurate IAP records. Analyze inventory asset levels to maximize utilization, recommend and execute appropriate strategies, and identify opportunities for sales improvements. Partner with sales management, sales force, and logistics to ensure excellent sales support. Produce periodic, quarterly, and annual product reporting to guide set and inventory deployments. Analyze/report P&L related territory operations (e.g., stock withdrawal budget, freight analysis, courier usage). Process required order entries for daily scheduled surgery cases. Conduct MOVE system reviews with Field Logistics Specialist to support surgeries and assess kit utilization. Provide on‑call support as required. Understand and perform warehousing functions and procedures efficiently. Review daily/period freight activities for FedEx and courier usage, ensuring correct costing and economical delivery methods. Learn software systems such as MOVE Medical and SAP used daily. Train and direct other personnel in clerical and physical duties. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalency required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years’ experience in a related field (operations, logistics, business analysis, business consulting). Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 75 lbs., stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, and pull for long periods. Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license with clean record. Compensation decisions are based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
