Service & Sales Representative

As a Service Representative, you are the account manager to your assigned clients, overseeing all aspects of their relationship with Auto-Chlor System. This multifaceted role encompasses sales, preventative maintenance, customer service, training, delivery, invoicing, collections, and safe driving practices. Expect to spend 90% of your time in the field, interacting directly with customers in their kitchens. If you enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and don't mind getting a bit dirty, this role is perfect for you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring timely payments during maintenance visits.
• Drive sales by recommending and promoting our products.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Valid drivers license with a reasonably clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to work on-call when rotated
