Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience working as a solo PT with PT Technician support

Assignment Details

• Flexible schedule with either 5x8s or 4x10s
• Solo PT with PT Technician support
• Expected patient volume of 12-16 patients daily
