If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Capital Solutions to join our Capital Solutions group in our Deal Advisory and Strategy practice.Responsibilities:· Document business requirements for new systems,enhancements, AI-enabled tools, and other technology solutions.· Work with practice stakeholders to understandbusiness needs, process challenges, and opportunities for automation ortechnology-enabled improvement.· Support solution roadmaps, prioritizationactivities, and planning discussions across the systems portfolio.· Assist with project lifecycle activities,including requirements gathering, design coordination, testing support,implementation planning, and rollout.· Prepare and maintain system acceptance testing,certification, solution, training, and adoption documentation.· Perform solution quality assurance activitiesand support SOC 1 and SOC 2 documentation needs for gCLAS and KLAS.· Provide ongoing support for operationalefficiency initiatives that improve quality, consistency, scalability, andprofitability across the Structured Finance practice.Qualifications:· Minimum of three years of experience in systemsanalysis, business analysis, technology implementation, project coordination,or a related role.· Bachelor's degree from an accredited college oruniversity.· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. withoutthe need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
