Conduct thorough initial and ongoing clinical assessments in addition to providing therapy/counseling. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment activities in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited university Licensure: Active LISW, LSW, LPCC or LPC license to practice in the state of Ohio Skills Strong assessment and diagnostic skills with demonstrable experience in evidence-based treatment modalities. Proficiency with electronic medical records and strong computer skills Effective communication skills and cultural competence in working with diverse social, racial, and ethnic groups. Preference for those with experience serving bilingual clients and/or using interpreters.
