TRANSPORT REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Refrigeration Technician to join our RTR (Refrigeration Trailer Repair) Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repair services for our customers' trailers at their facilities. The candidate will diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation, a bi-weekly bonus, and benefits packages. No roadside work will be required. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in refrigerated unit repair Strong mechanical and electrical skills Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of issues Preferred Qualifications Completion of a vocational or technical program in trailer maintenance and repair Certification in trailer maintenance and repair Freon Certification Experience with refrigeration systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities Perform on-site maintenance and repair services for customers' trailers Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used Skills As a Transport Refrigeration Technician, you will use your strong mechanical and electrical skills to diagnose and repair a wide range of issues. You will use your attention to detail to maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in this role.
