Career Area Operations Responsibilities Follow documented procedures to perform safe and defect‑free assembly and adjustment of parts and components. Leverage lean manufacturing concepts to support continuous improvement and waste elimination. Use industrial power tools for assembly and lifting devices to move heavy components. Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation) Willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods. Willing and able to perform repetitive operations. Willing and able to lift up to 35 lbs. Basic Requirements At least 9 months of previous work or volunteer experience. Top Candidates Will Also Have Manufacturing experience. Heavy equipment machine assembly experience. Experience reading blueprints. Additional Information Shift: 1st Shift – Full time. Hours: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday; overtime as business needs require on Friday. Work location: Clayton, NC. Compensation: $18.00 hourly. Summary pay range: $18.00 – $22.40.
