Senior Content Strategist

To support a high-performing User Experience (UX) organization, the contract Senior Content Strategist will work remotely to champion user needs by designing intuitive digital experiences and crafting interface copy for financial services products. Key Responsibilities Apply end-to-end content strategy principles to deliver clear and consistent digital interfaces Architect user flows and write production-ready UI copy aligned with UX writing and accessibility standards Guide content direction across multi-track UX initiatives and influence cross-functional roadmaps using storytelling and user research findings Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Communications, English, Journalism, Design, or equivalent practical experience 6+ years of dedicated content design, UX writing, or content strategy experience focused on complex digital products Online portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, user flows, and content audits Thorough practical experience across user-centered design phases, including usability research and writing for digital accessibility Proficiency with modern collaborative design platforms, including Figma and content workflow tools Virtual Vocations Inc
