Senior Drone Technician / Customer Success Manager

- Flight test drones to ensure quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and firmware issues.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and video.
- Train customers and internal employees.
- Develop troubleshooting guides, SOPs, and customer support workflows.
- Support product demonstrations and field testing.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to improve products and customer experience.
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Required)
- 3+ years of commercial drone experience preferred
- Experience operating agriculture, mapping, thermal, or inspection drones
- Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- DroneDeploy, Pix4D, DJI Terra, or similar software
- Electronics repair or assembly
- Agriculture, surveying, utilities, or public safety drone operations
- Work on American-built drone technology.
