Are you a strong leader with a background in sales, service operations, and team management ? We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to drive growth, lead teams, and elevate overall performance.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll oversee sales, field service operations, and installation , while owning performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow sales & service operations across the region
- Own P&L , budgets, and financial performance
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Drive revenue growth and expand market presence
- Improve operational efficiency and service delivery
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10+ years of leadership experience (sales, service, or operations)
- Strong P&L and financial management experience
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Experience leading field service or operational teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
