Senior Subrogation Claims Specialist Hybrid Opportunity (after training period) Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims professional to support the handling of a national claims portfolio with a strong emphasis on subrogation. This individual will be responsible for managing new claims, pre‑litigation activity, and recovery efforts, while serving as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone looking to continue building their technical claims expertise in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of claims from initial intake through resolution, with a focus on subrogation opportunities Open and set up new claim files, ensuring accurate documentation and system entry Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering statements, reviewing evidence, and determining liability and fault Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities to maximize recovery efforts Evaluate damages and coverage to support timely and accurate claim decisions Review claim files for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliant handling Support pre‑litigation efforts and coordinate with legal partners as needed Handle subrogation negotiations with carriers, third parties, and uninsured defendants Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle Assist in resolving complex or escalated claims issues Contribute to the development and improvement of claims processes and best practices Track and report on claim outcomes, recovery efforts, and key performance metrics Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 2–6 years of experience in insurance claims handling Strong experience in subrogation and recovery efforts Experience with auto claims strongly preferred Strong experience investigating claims and determining liability Working knowledge of claims investigation, coverage analysis, and claims resolution practices Exposure to pre‑litigation processes and working with legal teams is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
