What We’re Looking ForWe’re hiring a Senior Bookkeeper to fully own our internal finance operations in a full-time, remote role.

This is a high-impact position for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly reliable, someone who takes ownership, delivers consistently, and communicates clearly with a global team.

You should bring strong expertise in US accounting, payroll, tax, and compliance, along with excellent English communication skills.

What You’ll Do

- Own Accounts Receivable (primary focus): billing, collections, reconciliations, aging

- Manage AP and payment runs

- Process payroll (including onboarding/offboarding)

- Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks (JEs, expenses, reconciliations)

- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

- Support audits and US tax compliance

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (P&L, BS, Cash Flow)

- Ensure US GAAP compliance and reporting accuracy

- Analyze financials and budget vs. actuals

About You

- 5+ years in accounting/finance (senior level)

- Strong US GAAP knowledge and US client experience (must)

- Hands-on US payroll experience (must)

- Experience with QuickBooks, HubSpot , Stripe, Microsoft Business Central, and integrations

- Advanced Excel skills

- High accuracy, ownership mindset, and ability to meet deadlines independently

- Excellent English (written and verbal)

- CPA/CA – a must
