As the Bakery Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our bakery runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and baking a variety of high-quality baked goods.
• Overseeing daily bakery operations to ensure everything is on track.
• Collaborating with the team to maintain our high standards of quality and consistency.
• Assisting with inventory management and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Lifting and moving supplies or ingredients weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

We’re searching for someone with a love for baking and the skills to match. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience : At least 1 year of baking experience, preferably in a professional environment. However, exceptional home baking experience will also be considered.
• Physical Capability : Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team Player : Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Attention to Detail : A keen eye for quality and presentation in every baked good.
