Job Description
Direct Support Professional Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license required
Reliable transportation and proof of current auto insurance required
Ability to meet criminal background and drug screening requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
Provide around-the-clock care and supervision for individuals with developmental disabilities
Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, home management, leisure activities, and independent living skills
Support residents with mobility and transfers as needed
Ensure the safety, well-being, and rights of all individuals served
Follow all federal and state regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
Complete and maintain accurate documentation during each shift
Promote a positive, supportive, and respectful environment
Work closely with supervisors and team members to provide quality care
Crown Staffing is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a healthcare and residential services facility in Somerset, KY.
