OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE — REALIZE YOURS Develop proposals supporting both new business and partner growth opportunities, tailoring messaging to the unique objectives and stakeholders of each opportunity. Shape winning proposals that help drive new business growth and deepen strategic partnerships by telling the Alegeus story in a compelling and authentic way. Partner with leaders across Product, Go-to-Market, Customer Experience, Service Operations, Information Technology, and executive teams to transform complex expertise into clear, client-focused solutions. Lead assigned RFx response projects and support strategic pursuits, ensuring quality, accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery. Develop persuasive, customized proposal content that highlights customer value, competitive differentiation, and strategic advantages while strengthening the Alegeus brand. Leverage innovative proposal technologies, AI-enabled writing tools, and knowledge management platforms to improve efficiency, elevate quality, and support continuous improvement. Help build the future of proposal excellence at Alegeus by enhancing content libraries, identifying market trends, and contributing to scalable processes, tools, and best practices. ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT Alegeus colleagues are known as problem-solvers, risk-takers, and innovative thinkers. As a RFP Writer, these skills are essential for success: Abilities: Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical, operational, compliance, and business concepts into persuasive, audience-focused content; strong project management, analytical thinking, collaboration, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in proposal development, RFx management, or related fields within healthcare, employee benefits, fintech, or other highly regulated industries; experience using proposal automation platforms such as Responsive (RFPIO) or similar solutions; familiarity with AI-enabled writing and content management tools is preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field. APMP Certification is a plus. The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package. Position Compensation Range: $66,800.00 - $113,700.00 Alegeus may use AI technology during candidate interviews. The uses include recording, note-taking, and summarizing candidate interviews.
