Job Description
You will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, working directly with ownership and executive leadership. Typical projects include:
- $20M+ commercial site developments
- $15M+ industrial/specialty facilities (~50,000 SF range)
- Additions for repeat entertainment/retail clients
- High-end urban restaurant build-outs
This is primarily ground-up commercial construction.

The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of construction experience
- Experience managing $20M-$50M projects
- Background with a reputable larger GC preferred
- Stable work history (ideally 2-3 employers in 10 years)
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and client-facing skills
- Commercial ground-up experience (no multifamily)
