Case Clerk

Clyde & Co Clerk Position

Clyde & Co seeks a highly motivated, detail-oriented clerk to support our growing products liability practice.

Key Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain court calendars for hearings, trials, and depositions
• E-Filing and e-Serving documents in numerous venues and jurisdictions
• Maintain organized file system per firm standards and procedures
• Keep files up to date
• Case maintenance (organization of files such as correspondence, pleadings, discovery, etc.)
• Create and maintain excel spreadsheets
• Provide administrative support to team members
• Ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and strong organization skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and function in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with e-filing and e-service in multiple jurisdictions a plus
• Creative problem solver who takes initiative to accomplish tasks
• Experience with a variety of computer applications and internet programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
