Job Description

A large grocery retailer is seeking a Store Leader in Rolla, MO area to oversee overall store operations, drive financial performance, and develop high-performing leadership teams. These positions are part of a strategic price-lowering initiative and will be responsible for leading stores through Assistant Store Leaders (ASLs) and department leadership teams.\nThe Store Leader serves as the top operational leader within the store and is responsible for driving results across people, operations, merchandising, customer experience, and financial performance. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, an ownership mentality, and the ability to coach and develop leaders across multiple functional areas. Additional responsibilities include the following:\n\n•\tLead overall store operations and customer experience \n•\tManage store profitability, labor, shrink, and sales performance \n•\tDevelop and coach Assistant Store Leaders and department leaders \n•\tExecute merchandising and operational initiatives \n•\tEnsure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and company standards \n•\tBuild strong associate engagement and retention \n•\tDrive execution of company initiatives and strategic priorities
