District Manager Wilmington / New Bern, North Carolina Market

An established and growing fast casual restaurant group is seeking a dedicated district manager to help lead several locations of an iconic North Carolina brand. This is a hands-on opportunity for a passionate and driven leader to make a direct impact while enjoying strong company stability and a supportive culture.

District Manager Benefits & Compensation

Competitive base salary ($80K$100K)

District Manager Requirements & Qualifications

35 years of multi-unit leadership experience (managing 36 QSR or fast casual restaurants)
Strong work ethic and a positive, winning attitude
Solid work history in the quick service restaurant industry
High-volume QSR or fast casual experience with drive-through operations
Demonstrated ability to teach, coach, and drive results
Hands-on leadership style, comfortable spending significant time in stores
Professional presentation with no visible tattoos or piercings

District Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Experience developing leaders with a servant leadership approach
Proven business acumen and a record of driving operational results

District Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and inspire teams across multiple restaurant locations
Work hands-on alongside team members to ensure operational excellence
Support and develop store managers and future leaders
Implement strategies to drive guest satisfaction and sales growth
Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety
Ensure each location adheres to brand standards and company policies
