What You’ll Do Provide outstanding customer service and genuine hospitality. Build trust with customers through clear communication and education. Sell estimates and services with confidence and integrity. Support parts management and ensure smooth shop operations. Check in/out vehicles and perform quality control (QC) inspections. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Jump in wherever needed to support the team’s success. What You’ll Need Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry. A track record of high customer satisfaction and strong ARO performance . Professional communication skills — in person, over the phone, and in writing. Comfort using cloud-based software and managing digital workflows. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 30 lbs.
