Come build your career with Service Minds.We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, and material organization for our Orlando branch.This isn't just about putting materials on shelves. You'll help make sure our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical technicians have the right parts and equipment when they need them, while keeping inventory accurate, organized, and properly documented.This is not an entry-level position. accurate, organized, stocked, and ready to support daily field operations.Inventory Management & ReceivingYou will:Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming materials, equipment, and deliveriesConfirm quantities and materials against purchase orders and delivery documentationAccurately record inventory transactions within ServiceTitanOrganize and stock incoming inventory in designated warehouse locationsPrepare outgoing materials, transfers, returns, and shipmentsEnsure inventory is properly labeled, stored, and accounted forIdentify damaged, missing, or incorrect materials and communicate discrepancies promptlyInventory ControlYou'll help make sure what our system says we have matches what's actually sitting in the warehouse.You will:Take ownership of branch inventory accuracyTrack inventory movement into and out of the warehouseAllocate materials to technician jobs and work ordersPerform routine cycle counts and scheduled physical inventoriesResearch and resolve inventory discrepanciesIdentify recurring inventory issues and help determine the causeMaintain accurate inventory records and documentationHelp minimize lost, misplaced, or unaccounted-for materialsSupport Our TechniciansOur technicians can't serve customers effectively if they don't have the right materials.You will:Monitor technician truck inventoryReplenish truck stock as neededPrepare materials and equipment for upcoming jobsHelp technicians locate required parts and equipmentCommunicate inventory shortages, backorders, and availabilityCoordinate with branch and procurement teams when additional materials are neededHelp ensure technicians are prepared before they leave for their service callsKeep the Warehouse RunningYou will:Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouseKeep shelving, inventory locations, receiving areas, and workspaces organizedSafely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipmentAssist with loading and unloading deliveriesFollow company inventory procedures and safety standardsIdentify opportunities to improve warehouse organization and efficiencyMaintain accurate records and documentationAssist with additional warehouse and branch responsibilities as neededWhat We're Looking ForYou may be a great fit if you have:Previous warehouse, inventory control, receiving, logistics, or similar experienceExperience managing and tracking inventoryExperience receiving and verifying incoming materialsForklift experienceStrong computer skills and comfort working within inventory management
