We are looking for technology passionate leaders with focus on execution and quality to help innovate and develop highly scalable and distributed embedded network software. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep technical background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of software development, from initial concept and design through to implementation and deployment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and/or combination of education or experience.15+ years of work experience architecting, developing, and launching software products and/or services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of building and supporting cross-functional teams.Proven track record of managing and delivering complex software projects.Strong knowledge of software development methodologies Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in embedded platform software for switching/routing productsStrong Knowledge in switching/routing productsStrong Knowledge in Layer 1, PHY, Kernel and platform areaExpected Base Pay Range (USD)190,280 - 285,000, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
