In this fully remote role, you'll meet virtually with clients through Zoom, answer questions, explain benefit options, and help families make informed decisions that protect their future.

What You'll Do

• Conduct virtual client meetings using Zoom.

• Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients.

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.

• Guide clients through the enrollment process.

• Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service.

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation.

• Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and active listening skills.

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.

• Comfortable using computers and virtual meeting platforms.

• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

• Professional, dependable, and coachable.

• Leadership experience is welcomed but not required.

No previous insurance experience is necessary. We provide the training, mentorship, and licensing guidance needed to help you succeed.
