About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to join a collaborative accounting team supporting an international organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer communication, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same.

You will play a key role in ensuring timely collections, accurate billing, cash application, and maintaining positive relationships with customers around the world. Comprehensive training is provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in accounting.

What You'll Do

• Process and reconcile customer payments and cash receipts.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and invoice questions.
• Apply payments accurately within the accounting system.
• Review aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Communicate professionally with domestic and international customers regarding account balances.
• Process account adjustments, credits, and payment allocations.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer and billing issues.
• Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and reconcile financial data.
• Assist with additional accounting and administrative projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Accounting, or related experience (recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience working with an ERP or accounting software (Great Plains experience is a plus but not required).
• Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to research and resolve discrepancies.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.
