Daily Census: 4 procedures per lab Visits/Day: 16 Ratios: 1:4 days, 1:3 nights Years of experience REQ: 1 First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: n/a Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS Skills REQ: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Impella insertion, Interventional Catheterizations, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Pharmacological Stress Test, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Right heart catheterization, Rotablator atherectomy, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Watchman procedure, Pacemaker Insertion, Angioplasty, Antiarrhythmics, Antihypertensives, Dobutamine, Emergency Medications, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Reversal agents, Thrombolytics, Assist with Central Line Insertion/management, Blood Product Administration, Implanted Ports - Care and Maintenance, IV infusion pumps, PICC Lines - Care and Maintenance, Starting and maintaining IVs, Activated Clotting Time (ACT), Circulate Procedures, End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, Infection Prevention, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Laser-assisted procedure, Monitoring Procedural Sedation, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale, Sheath Removal/Monitoring, Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose), Ventilator Management Is on-call REQ? Yes, including weekends Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Regular floating may be required between departments, units and facilities as needed. Locals accepted: Yes What is the local radius rule? Yes Pending License accepted: No RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks.
