POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking an experienced Titles Supervisor to lead a team responsible for processing vehicle titles across multiple states.

This role focuses on team leadership, title accuracy, issue resolution, process improvement, and customer satisfaction within a technology-driven vehicle remarketing environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead and mentor a team responsible for vehicle title processing.
• Oversee title transactions across multiple states.
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and marketability of vehicle titles.
• Troubleshoot complex title issues and identify effective resolutions.
• Monitor team performance and support day-to-day department operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve title processes and efficiency.
• Escalate issues when necessary and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer service and accuracy.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 5+ years of vehicle title processing experience required.
• 1+ year of title department supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle title processing and issue resolution.
• Experience handling titles from multiple states.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and focused on title accuracy and marketability.
• Data-driven approach to process improvement.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Automotive-related customer service experience.
• Google Workspace and Slack experience.
• Relevant college degree or equivalent professional experience.

COMPENSATION

• $65,000–$70,000 annual salary, negotiable based on experience.
