Sr. Subcontracts Administrator

MasTec

MasTec is seeking a Sr. Subcontracts Administrator to support complex infrastructure projects in the utilities and energy sector. In this role, you will lead the development, negotiation, and administration of subcontracts for power delivery, oil and gas, renewables, and communications projects across North America. You will ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and safety standards while driving cost control and vendor performance. Partnering closely with project, procurement, and legal teams, you’ll manage change orders, mitigate risk, and support bids in a culture focused on safety, integrity, and teamwork.
