HP Retail Sales Representative

Job Type: Regular. Work Location: Best Buy 176 - Fort Worth, TX 76132. Overview: Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Pay: $17.00 per hour. Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs. Day‑in‑the‑Life Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy. Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience. Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store. Train retail store associates on HP products and services. Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness. Report sales and competitive insights. Opportunity to represent a leading environmentally friendly company. Responsibilities Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments. Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance. Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs. Advise customers by providing information on products and services. Build customer confidence by helping customers make selections. Accurately document and report sales. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations. Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable at all times. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately. Performance Measurements Regular and prompt attendance. Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals. Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints. Qualifications Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiast. Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn. Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training. Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs. Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is an advantage. Training or product demonstration experience is an advantage. 1‑year job experience required. High school diploma or equivalent. Six months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
