Ashleys of Rockledge is looking for a talented and passionate Experienced Cook to join our kitchen team in Rockledge, FL! Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items consistently according to established recipes and presentation standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety regulations

Manage prep work including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients for service

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely execution during service

Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage of ingredients

Assist with inventory management and communicate supply needs to kitchen leadership

Adapt quickly to high-volume rushes while maintaining quality and efficiency

Requirements:

Proven experience as a line cook, prep cook, or similar culinary role

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude

Food Handler Certification or ServSafe certification preferred

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
