Air Logistics Gateway Operations Specialist

Air Export Gateway Agent – Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and an ongoing commitment to quality and data integrity Prepare, handle and process documentation needed for air export consolidations Interact and collaborate closely with the air export departments in the region Arrange bookings with carriers and optimize cargo consolidations Ensure timely processing and delivery to the airport, maintaining constant communication with the warehouse team and truck dispatch during the consolidation process Track and trace shipments; monitor vendor performance; address and resolve service irregularities Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal customers Maintain compliance standards at all times, including internal policies and procedures, external government regulations and customer requirements Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to support department, branch, product and company goals Update and monitor reporting tools on a daily basis Understand department process flow and continually seek areas for improved efficiency Support the pricing team with rate quotes Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, concise style to achieve positive results Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen and comprehend Pro‑active, with strong planning and organizational skills Profit‑conscious mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks Comfortable working under demanding deadlines Detail‑oriented, thorough, and accurate, with proven analytical problem‑solving skills Proficient computer skills, including data entry, email, internet, Excel, Word, and related applications Solid knowledge of export procedures and documentation is a plus Good knowledge of international geography, including countries and major cities This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship; applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without the need for current or future employer sponsorship. Benefits Hourly wage range: $25.00–$28.00.
